Gay Wedding During Pandemic in the Philippines is Purely Full of Love

Lesbian or gay wedding in Metro Manila

“Love recognizes no barriers, it jumps hurdles, leaps fences, penetrates walls to arrive at its destination, full of hope.”

Maya Angelou

This gay couple decided to have a wedding ceremony officiated by Open Table MCC despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in the Philippines.

Open Table MCC is known to be one of the few Christian Churches in Metro Manila that opened its doors for LGBT+ couples who want to have their wedding ceremony even during the “New Normal.”

At Open Table MCC, strict health and safety guidelines are followed during the wedding ceremony, such as wearing face masks, limiting the number of guests during the ceremony, and disinfecting the chapel space before and after each ceremony.

Register for a Holy Union

If you are a same-sex couple / LGBT+ couple and you are not able to legally marry each other due to the laws of the Philippines not having a same-sex or marriage equality law yet, you might be interested to have a ceremonious wedding instead, or a 'Holy Union', under Open Table Metropolitan Community Church.
